After discovering gaming in my early childhood, I developed a general interest in technology, computers and programming. I started working professionally as a software developer in my teens, participating in the development of early web-based projects, open source initiatives, as well as cluster-/supercomputing projects. Since then, I've been a software developer for six years, a video games producer for over a decade, a BAFTA nominee, a stock investor since the early 2000s, and I graduated as an M.A. in Philosophy/Psychology & Economics. Most recently, I decided to follow my passion of helping people, teams, projects, and companies to become successful and accomplish their goals.
I'm currently employed full-time in a product management role at Genesys. Here, I am helping to redefine the future of work in the customer service industry on the verge of the dawning age of conversational and general AI.
